We are very pleased to welcome to our corporate team Jade Foeng, researcher & PhD student in Professor Shaun McColl‘s lab at University of Adelaide.
Jade, a researcher with Carina for 3+ years, will spend some time on the “other” side of a biotechnology company as our Project Manager working within our corporate team.
Jade’s work as a researcher with Carina in tumour modelling, CAR-T manufacture + testing has been vital to our progress as a company.
Jade’s work with Carina saw her win the inaugural ‘Young Innovator’ award at the 2019 Winnovation Awards.
Along with another of our star researchers, Veronika Bandara, in 2018 Jade spent 3 months at Seattle Children’s learning from some of the world’s best in CAR-T manufacture and testing, bringing home crucial know-how to our team.
