Rohina is a chartered accountant who has worked in corporate finance roles for GlaxoSmithKline, the Seven Network and News Corp as well as in venture capital. In 2013 she founded CFO Plus, a financial services company for early and growth-stage technology start-ups in Australia. Rohina has extensive experience in financial modelling for capital raising, business valuations and scenario planning, M&A, strategy planning, statutory accounting and taxation and risk and governance.
